Call logs display modification

Hello,

I use 3CX pro v18 update 3, microsoft 365 contacts sync ,and it's working fine.My trunk is OVH SIP account

But on cal logs in ios and webclient, it shows callerid:callername callerid.

How to get rid of some unwanted informations ? I just need callername if present in my contacts and callerid if not present in my contacts.

Hi @MrassoL

Please navigate to Advanced / Contacts / Options and under the "Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID" option select the "Do not add" and try again.
