Call logs show in 3CXPhone from old user

We are using 3CXPhone for Windows v14 SP3 (14.0.47020.408). For extensions which have been deleted, and later re-created with the same extension #, previous Call History is still visible in the client. Either from the server or it's saved somewhere shared on the C drive?

I believe I checked in C:\ProgramData and deleted all from 3CX if it existed.

Not stored on the local drive. All of the history is visible to the end user for reused extensions. While I understand some history may still be in the database, the user should not be able to see this once an extension is removed, or we should be given the option to delete such history with it.

Server end is 14 SP3 as well.
