Please note that the 3CX Transcription (Cloud) is just for Voicemails, for call transcriptions you need to use one of the services below:

Please let us know if you refer to the Voicemail service.

I believe I have 3cx ai server? We have had this account for a long time and it just stopped working

Please share us a screenshot of the transcription service used. Go to the integrations menu and click on Transcription.
