I plan to replace a traditional analog door intercom system with a Fanvil one that will communicate straight with 3CX system on site.In the past, you could easily through a direct key on phones or a special dial code trigger the opening of the gate (simple relay contact). I know the Fanvil door phone has a contact that can be used for that. Unhappy as the Fanvil will be installed outside, I'm afraid it can be too easy for robbers to pull out of wall the Fanvil and do the contact by hand to get door opened !
Any suggestions about it ? I was thinking to get 3CX to trigger an external URL on a specific dial code to prevent any issue like explained !
PS: I posted in that section as it's only on it allows me too although I'm not on premise system but self-hosted system !
