Hope everyone is doing well . Thanks for stopping by and pitching in for this. We have enabled notification settings for almost every pbx out there in case there are errors on the trunk or any failure so here n there we get this notification that a CALL OR REGISTRATION TO 5555555555@(Ln.10001@sip provider name) failed.Any idea what this is ? we do get it on multiple pbxs .

Means someone called 5555555555 and obviously that call isn't going to complete.

Check the call log.
