Call outbound is not working, message Canceled

I signed up for the 3cx trial free for 2 months.

I have an issue with the outbound call not working and getting a message "canceled."
I am not seeing any issue with inbound rule.

Same issue with happening 3cx free SMB.

What is the error related to the calls in the event log section under the admin console, please?
