Call Park Notification

Please implement a call park notification in 3CX.

Please expand on your need. Do you want notification when someone is placed on park, or when someone has been sitting in park too long, or something else... what is the issue you are trying to resolve?

Please implement a call park notification in 3CX.

On some phones (polycom) you can set an "attendant ring" I set it to a short beep, and if your phone has a BLF for parking spot you will hear a beep sound.

when call has been placed in park too long and/or forgotten there is no notification and call goes to voicemail.

Do you know if thats possible on Yeahlink? And doing them one by one is tedious.

When you say call parking, are you referring to shared parking - if so change the ' Automatically unpark forgotten calls' setting under Settings - Call Parking Settings

Yeah but thats not ideal as there is no message/beep if the user is still on a active call. That option only works if the user is not on an active call.
