Call Park

I am fairly new to 3CX. I have 5 office locations. Each will need to have their own separate call park however I want to use 1 master PBX. Each office needs 5-6 parking lots however the other offices should not know or see the other offices inbound calls or parks.

Not sure how to achieve this. I do not want to make 5 PBX systems. I did see that if you had to do that you can make a Master and Slave to have them call other offices or transfer I assume.

Please help!

Yeah, go bridge. One PBX will show all parked calls to users. You can however create more than 20 Park slots when needed.

Also, you can buy smaller licenses for each instead of one big license. You need Pro or Enterprise to use bridges.

I saw that after posting in the settings I can make many more slots. That could be okay because i can then assign 1-5 6-10 and so forth. They wont be able to see that though. I am also using a cloud server to handle all of the systems. The advantage would be to also collect all the recordings, reporting etc in 1 location versus others.

But the licenses will come out to almost the same in the end with 1 master one

Be aware that the Webclient's switchboard will show calls from all slots.
