Is there any way to get a list of extensions that currently use the same "Shared park extension X" numbers? For example, I want to make sure that if someone is set up with SP0, SP1, SP2, etc BLFs that when they put the call on park, that some random extension doesn't have the same SP set up to where they can answer it.

I have a department out in our NY office and they are all set up with these Shared Parking extensions. I wouldn't want someone in our LA office to be able to see the parked call on their phone and answer it.

Currently, BLFs are set on Yealink Dsskey (see screenshot) rather than at the extension level. Value "SP0" refers to the Shared parking extension. What does "Line1" represent?

SP0 is shared for the whole PBX. So if both phones are on the same PBX, SP0 is the same for them.

As for Line 1, Yealink phones can have 16 accounts registered to them - each "line" is for each account.

EDIT: I misunderstood what you are asking. You want to know who has what BLFs assigned on their phone? Easiest way is to look at each extension and what BLFs are assigned to them. I'm not aware of any report or export having these.

EDIT 2: And you are not using 3CX to manage BLFs? Then you will need to look at each phone itself, in the exact area you are currently looking at.

If it is the same PBX, you sure can. We have a remote office in Baltimore, same PBX, same SP's.

Right on target Craig :), haven't thought it could be the same PBX  i need to take care about details

I see. It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows which extensions are using which shared parking numbers. We have some old configurations that are set in the phones that we are cleaning out and putting on the ext level, which was reason for my original request.

With a report, we can see if a parking spot is shared by extensions that shouldn't be sharing. That way we can assign specific parking to specific groups much easier.
