Hello All,

Thank you for your pending assistance.

We have a new install of 3CX, Enterprise license where 'Rights' have been set to allow call pickup however I the system is reporting "Voicemail is disabled for this extension" when attempting to pick up a call. The call log below shows for the attempted pickup, which looks like the 3CX system is removing the initial * from the 20 Dial Code.

'Limit Call Pickup to calls received in their extension group' has been enabled in the 'General Settings'; 'Outbound Rules' have the prefix 0-9 for all rules.

Other Dial Codes don't appear to be functioning as well. The handsets we are testing with are Yealink T58A, the firmware is up-to-date. Softphone pickup is not working as well; iPhone.

Cheers

Nevermind, resolved it. Our current system (Cisco CMBE) has the option to dial * to "Connect to Voicemail of extension"; which I matched as the Dial Code for 3CX. This was causing the problem and therefore I have changed it to ** and changed the Billing code prefix which we will never use to a large number.
