Solved Call pickup not working

Hi Chaps

I've got a few phones in a group and they're unable to pick up call.

Dial code set to *202* and the BLF is set up on each phone in this group.

Phones are Yealink T54W 96.86.0.23 default templates

3CX Hosted 16.0.8.9

I've done a reboot and factory reset the phone

Ext in this group have pickup rights

Followed this

"show group calls to members" was unchecked.
