Call present in CDR but not in 3cxsystemService.log

I have some calls (answered) present in CDR but non in 3cxSystemService.log....
rarely but it happens

Ideas?!?

Hi Simo,

If you don't mind me asking, why are you looking for calls in the system service log as opposed to looking at Call Logs or Reports or CDRs?

Because with the CRM Integration some calls don't appear to me. They exist in the CDR but there is no trace of them in the system service log (where I see calls to the CRM)

Do you mean that the system receives calls which generates CDRs and that the calls should be sent to the CRM but are not being sent?

Yes. Call works.... but sometimes I'm not receving the CRM CallReport event.
So I was looking for that calls in System Log and I cannot find them

Some calls are not reported by design. What is the origin and destination of the call that you don't see?
