Call Queue Callback prefix is doubled

Hi,

has anyone ever seen the callback prefix get doubled?

For example:
I have configured my call queue to allow for callbacks and to add 8001 as the prefix.


Then I have an outbound rule that strips off those 4 digits and sets a specific caller ID:


However, Now we get failed call backs notifications like this:

A callback to 80018001+Number failed.
Queue: 8001 [Queue Name]
Caller: 8001+Number

Any Ideas?
