We would like to be able to pick the extension in the call que
IE having a BLF being able to set one of the buttons to the extension which is ringing the call queue
We have 2 in and 2 out barriers and they would like to be able to pick the out barriers if the in barrier has been called first, otherwise the loading bay gets gridlocked
We cabn set individual call queues for the barrier if we need to
