Call Queue Login/Logout & 3CX Windows APP

Hi all,

After upgrading to v20 i'm a bit confused wether i like it or dislike. I'm leaning more to the dislike side because it look's a bit like a downgrade.
I'm missing the old dashboard, and some simple things like the drop-down menu instead of a menu popping out of another menu. (not-so-mobile-friendly)

Asides;
Normally, when a customer calls and tells my they are not receiving calls; i was ably to check their status simply by checking the box in front of their name and select "Status".
Were has this gone?. Do i now have to go all the way in to Panel and then the queue itself?.

I've installed the native Windows APP
What's going on with the BLF sidebar?. That's lets say useless without any visible information or possibility to expand it.

It's also not possible to add or delete entries, so is this something that's intended to run besides something like a Desktop APP?

I know i can see their status overthere; but i can't change it for them. Normally i could.

I was talking about the Windows Store App. You can't resize it (you can go full screen but that doesn't help) so the BLF sidebar is just 2 letters.

You can right click an extension and change the status and edit the properties of the BLF to show full name.
