Call queue name in Teams

Can you pass the queue name the call came through into teams?

All other aspects are working fine

Unfortunately not, only the caller ID can be displayed to the team's app when receiving calls form 3cx queues.

Is this a function that will be implimented at some point, as it is possible by Appending the queue name to the caller ID in the headder thats sent to teams SBC

You cant connect a teams client to a 3CX queue to be clear. THis is not a function that is supported. If you want to use 3CX queues you must use the 3CX client.

As already mentioned this is not possible, you can not see the Queue names as part of the call ID within your teams app. It is simply not a feature.

Queue names can only appear as part of the call ID when using 3cx apps or even IP phones.

And as already kindly put by our CEO, it is advised to use 3cx apps to take full advantage of 3cx features.

OK as i mentioned you can not sell it like that. 3CX queues needs 3CX clients. Please inform customer and of course issue a refund if needed.
