Call Queue & Ring Groups Custom Voicemail Recording

It would be nice to be able to record a custom message for Call Queues and Ring Groups instead of using the generic recording. While the prerecorded message works, it is impersonal and sometimes needs additional information.

You can use a custom message for Qs but it's same for all callers

I want to change the voicemail greeting for when I send a Queue call to voicemail. I have multiple after hours call queues that I have set to go to voicemail when not answered. They get a system voicemail greeting that is currently unchangeable.

You can change voicemail messages

Guessing you are sending queues when not answered to a dummy extension - within the management console within voicemail settings for the extension you can record your own message from a phone or upload a recording.

I am not using a dummy extension and I do not want too. I could do this, but this way only goes to one users extension and I do not want that. I could create a distribution group and then it would go to multiple people, but I do not want to do that either. I want to use the built in voicemail option for the Queue itself and change the greeting.

If your question is , can we have a direct voice mail for RG or Q attached to system extension then this doesn't exist in 3CX

I was not posing a question but making a statement. I knew that this was not possible when I made the post this morning,. but it should be. I do not know how to make this something that could be voted on as I have not done this very many times.
