Call queues lost all members this morning

Hi,

This morning (Monday NZ time) I noticed that the three members we have in each of our two call queues had all disappeared at some point during the weekend. Not just logged out, but completely removed - the queue "Users" list was empty. I had to re-add everyone to get the queues working again.

Ring groups look to be unaffected.

Has anyone else experienced this? Why would that happen?

(this on 3CX SMB Free hosted)

Also realised today that call recording settings for our three users reverted to defaults too.

We had "Call Recording" (suboption "Record external calls only") set and "Show Call Recording" set for all three of us, sometime over the weekend this reverted because both these options cleared for everyone.

This was definitely enabled earlier, as call recordings exist up to the end of last Friday (22 November).

Feels like a backend maintenance/migration/upgrade glitch.

Nobody else at all seen similar?

It's happened a second time! Woke up this morning to find the call queues have no members and all users' call recording options reset, just like last time.

We can't have it doing this. Am I seriously the only one experiencing this?

Hi Awnz,

I have experienced the same issue so not just you.
The dates seem to line up with me as well.

Only on my SMB free as well.

Any assistance on this?

@awnz @Matt.Tieri

Does it allow you to reconfigure? Can you try and enable recordings and add the members back to the Queue?

It was an issue indeed unfortunately which we have now fixed. It affected some queue configurations. We have since recreated them .... Apologies......

Thanks Chris and Nick. Although it may be redundant, to answer Chris' earlier questions, yes it did allow me to re-enable recordings and add the queue members which I did back on 24/25 November, and I had to do so again on 2 December after they were lost a second time. (edit: This is for both queue members and call recording config, both times)

But if the underlying issue has since been fixed, that's good news!

Thanks folks
