I am working to give phone services to small businesses by partnership program with Skyetel and 3CX
I found the calling rates very high since the competitors offering 25 dollars per month unlimited calls within Canada!! however, Skyetel charges

Incoming Conversational traffic$0.01 per minute

Outgoing Conversational traffic$0.012 per minute

Do you have any solution to purchase a SIP trunk having unlimited calling within specified geographic location?

Most will charge per usage. There are a few companies offering unlimited local residential service. Business usage is usually going to be higher.

Thanks for the comment,
Do you know how much we can charge small businesses to provide them with VoIP on cloud solution?
Is this possible to purchase google cloud and host 3CX phone system and then host other companies' phone system ?
I would like to know about expenses and profit. I am looking for a quote template. sorry for these basic questions :) I am fairly new in IT on the business side of it :(

Some SIP providers do call bundles which you can purchase on a pay as you go basis.

You could purchase these bundles, put a mark up on them and sell them to your customers.

For example - Callcentric have minutes you can buy for calling USA and Canada. They also offer low rates which you can check the price of.

voipfone are a UK SIP provider which offer minutes too.

Thanks for the info, are there providers selling unlimited? cause may customers do want unlimited calling within Canada at least. if I buy minutes I might loose money.
could you explain about putting mark up?

Many providers are reluctant to offer an Unlimited service (especially for business), and any that do will probably still place some sort of limit to deter abuse.. Per minute rates are much more fair overall. I think you'll find that any customer asking for an unlimited plan is planning on using a LOT of minutes.

You wont lose money if you sell them "bundles". Tell them they'll get xxx minutes for bundle X.

Markup is whatever you add to the cost price to make your profit.

its pretty simple really. You tell them its unlimited. They pay premium prices and you add to their bundle when its required. If you dont buy more than 1 bundle per month then your margin is higher.

Thanks for the info. If I get 3CX license and install it in my own cloud, can I start reselling phone system to small businesses and configure their phone into my cloud phone system?
could you also explain about selling bundle?

Yes, register the licenses in your name so you own them and simply offer 3CX as a service $/per month. You would have to look at SIP providers and choose which is best for you. See who offeres xx minutes per month and so on. You would pay the cost and pass it on to your customer + mark up

Excellent, So you think if I purchase bundle like xx minutes per month is better than paying per minutes? if I purchase bundle and give unlimited calling to my customers would Ilose money?

Depends.

If youre trunk provider is charging you per minute and you tell your customer you have "unlimited" minutes (which you've calculated is approx 10 minutes for example) and then customer uses 20 minutes, you will lose money.

If they offer bundles minutes where you pay £20 for 100 minutes and tell your customer you can buy bundle A for £30 for 100 minutes. They will not be able to go over their 100 minutes as it was a bundle. You could create add ons for if they ever go over their bundle. Again, depends on what trunk provider services offerings.

You need to see what SIP providers can offer you. You need to be buying wholesale if you want to be billing your customer directly. Otherwise, some providers will do the billing and give you comission.
