I am planing to upgrade 3cx.
And so was trying to take backup.
How does call recording backup works?
All calls are being recorded in separate internal HDD drive.
Does backup copy actual wav files, or it just take file information database (for report)?
Second ques: If i do not take call recording backup, what happens to call report?
After restoring backup, would i will be able to play call recordings directly from reports? (actual recording path would remain same)
but not backed up call recording.
