I have an question otherwise i will have to choose something not easy way.
My problem is that, I need to post call recording to my own crm system. As I see 3cx using an api lin (not public) k to download spesific call records from their own dashboard
I really need to an automation for this
so is there any way to export or upload the after end of the call to records? or is there any api or anything
I dont wanna use 3cx dashboard for call recordings because my staff needed to see thar call record from my own crm with one click button.
