Good morning,

As part of a potential move to 3cx for our communications, I must study the subject of call recordings. Given that we are an sos medecins call center in France. We want to use our current system which captures frames on the network. I use whireshark to capture audio audio streams, however. I can't read calls on the network. Would you have any directions?

Toggle the box "PBX delivers audio" on the extension.

I activated the option, but there is no change in wireshark would you have another track?

Does the record button in 3CX work? If you record a call using 3CX, does the same call show it's audio in Wireshark?

Yes the record button works fine, I can also see the recordings on the 3cx server.

However the fact that the 3cx registration is launched or not does not change anything

How is your packet capture tool working?

Is the switch port of 3CX server being mirrored and you are capturing on the mirrored port?

my server is a virtual machine hosted on my pc,The 3cx client is installed directly on my pc

I capture all traffic on the network port of my pc then I use wireshark filters to display SIP packets

Ah, so you are capturing the traffic from the 3CX client, not the 3CX server? As traffic from a host to a VM might not actually go over the physical NIC.

3CX client uses a tunnel (on destination port 5090) for voice traffic and is some form of encrypted. Try capturing from the 3CX server instead.
