Call Recording

Is is possible to configure a softkey on Fanvil X series to start / stop recording of a call? or is this function only available in the 3CX softphone clients?

Hi Joe,

This is only available in the 3CX clients. The phone cannot trigger the recording command.

i was looking for the same thing. It would be nice if we could start a callrecording on a deskphone with a BLF key

It would be nice to have a star code that could trigger recording so it.could be setup as a softkey on a deskphone.
