call recording

Hi,


Does anyone know if all the ip phone has the capability of call recording? i saw on yealink you need to do a programmable keys for you to be able to have a call recording button on it. anyone tried on other brand of IP Phone?

The phone itself is not doing the recording but merely activating the feature on 3CX.

It would appear to (first off) require a set with a programmable XML softkey. That may limit your set selection, if you require this feature.

You may just want to go with one of the sets where this procedure has been documented.

The T26 and T28 Yealinks should be able to do it. The T3x series we expect a firmware later this month with XML Support.
