Call records/monitor files migration

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate all the call logs and monitor files from one Elastix 1.6 to a 2.3.
I have already moved the files into /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

I also exported the cdr table (asteriskcdrdb) info from the 1.6 into the same table on the 2.3 machine. This was done using Navicat.

If I try to see the information on the Elastix's Monitoring tab, the info for the added calls (all the ones from the old server) do not show up

Not sure what I'm missing. According to other posts this is all I should need to do.
Any suggestions?

I still have not been able to find a solution to this issue. Does anyone have any suggestion? Where else I can check or what extra troubleshooting could be handy?

Hi,

Maybe I can give you some hints, but since I don`t have a v1.6 near me I might not be really accurate...
I think the userfield (MySQL database) in v1.6 wasn`t really used, so when you perform the export, that field is not populated in the v2.3 box.
I don`t remember exactly how that field is used in v2.3 but you might want to look if it`s indeed used (probably does), and change that part.
Also, check the folder and file permissions!
