Call report - Out of Office

Hi everyone!

Is there a way to create a call report that would show all incoming calls outside of Office Hours and/or during Holidays?

Not in one single report, no, but you can create multiple reports of type "Call Reports" with custom date/time range to return the results for the dates and times that are either holidays for your business or outside office hours.
