you can make the 3CX PBX can export to a text file of the report called?
The report file must be exported to a shared folder on the network automatically.

Is it possible to extract the list to excel or notepad after i get the data from the call reporter utillity??

No direct export. You can select, copy and paste to an excel sheet.
