Call Reports: Name of outgoing calls not showing

In call reports, the incoming call show the number of the caller and the names associated in address book, but the outgoing calls does not show names of external contacts although they are in the 3cx address book.

Example of incoming call:

07/01/20 16:11:08

Name (0434123456)

RG Chiamate in ingresso (802)

Example of outgoing call

03/02/20 11:08:48

Fakename (100)

0434123456

In the outlgoing calls, the "Name" is missing.


I'm using 3cx 16.0.493 Enterprise on Linux and 16.0.493 Professional on Windows, both have the same behaviour

This appears to be by design, i have ran the same report and get the same result, im guessing because the lookup only happens on inbound calls so its logged, outbound does not lookup against CRM or Address book therefore not logged in the logging.

I think it could be quite usefull to use address book also in outgoing calls reports.
