The first link is a local link while the second points to your FQDN (external).

I'll give a more detailed example as to why we do this. Imagine if you host on prem, you now have a local IP pointing to your internal server, linked to your FQDN. If you were to click the FQDN link the PBX would try to contact the FQDN and be pointed straight back, this most likely would be blocked as hairpin traffic / connections. As a security measure, we avoid this sort of traffic.
To ensure everyone can download their recordings regardless of where they're connecting from, we include a internal and external download link.
Note that in the upcoming v18, we plan to improve this functionality so that only one link will appear in the future that will work from all locations.
