Hello,
We are using 3CX v20 Entreprise (I had to create a trial account here to access the forum as I only have a local user account with admin rights). We are implementing a call flow, for which we need to record the call depending on the destination. In the current state of operation, 3CX only offers the option to record everything, or leave the internal calls out. There is the possibility to give the caller the option to opt-in or -out of recording, but it unfortunately is against what our management requests: the caller will be informed that their call will be recorded, and if they refuse they will have to ask to the agent stop it, and it would not solve the fact that they don't want all inbound calls recorded, only those reaching specific destinations through the call flow.
That leaves us with the possibility of implementing a call script. I checked the API and found that there is a method called StopRecording, but everything I tried so far did not work. Can someone please tell me if it is at all possible, and if so point me to the right direction (a short working demo would help immensely).
Many thanks in advance.
