we have a Hosted 3cx with SBC new in our company in use. For extensions with a Yealink T42S and Softphone Client in CTI mode we have the following problem.
-Calling (double click) on an extension does not work.
-Calls to an external number from the soft client are not possible.
Answering calls with the Softphone Client is no problem.
I have already searched the forum.
Tips like: "first 2 BLF as line key" or "leave first 2 BLF empty" we have already tried. Without success. SBC, Yealink and PC are in the same network.
With the web client it all works wonderfully.
Are there any other things we can check or special settings that need to be considered.
