Call starts by the agent after starting the chat

Is it possible for the agent to call or video call the web visitor after the chat has started?
Currently in my system only visitor can make calls.

Hi @Joe.Falchetto,

Please be informed that the agent cannot initiate a call or video call. Only the Web Visitor has this option.
