The Android clients has an option “Busy When On GSM Call” that works as expected. If someone calls me through 3CX and I'm on a GSM call, they will be sent to the voicemail.
However it would be nice for receptionists to have their BLF buttons updated also when calls are active on GSM rather than 3CX.
Is it possible to implement such functionality in the Android client and have it send an “active status” to 3CX when on a GSM call? Are you planning to do so?
