Call Termination Notification | Loud Beeps at end of call

The windows app has a notification for the end of a call if the desktop app detects that other side has terminated the connection. It ends up being 3 loud beeps at an uncomfortably loud volume when compared to the call that preceded it.

Now that more of our staff is using the windows desktop app rather than a desk phone, I have been getting a large increase of complains regarding the volume of this notification.

Are there plans, or could there be plans, to reduce or allow the reduction of the volume of this tone, or the option to remove or change the notification tone at the end of a call entirely.

At the moment, the end-of-call notification tone in the 3CX Windows Desktop App is a built-in behavior, and there is currently no configuration option available to disable it.
