On-premise 3cx-Linux. Up-to-date.
SIP callcentric.
Works:
Inbound calls to Digital Receptionist: to extensions, to Ring group. From outside and from inside.
Outbound calls.
Doesn't work (dropped calls):
Inbound calls to DR to Call queue, neither from outside nor from inside.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
UPDATE:
I have changed an inbound rule to route calls directly to the call queue and got this:
"Feature is not available, professional or enterprise license key is required ...". It doesn't say anything when calls are routed via DR or directly (internally) to the call queue extension.
So, now I know why it doesn't work but anyway, I have learned some 3cx diagnostics while I was struggling with this problem. I am just evaluating 3cx in the lab environment.
