Hi,

Has anyone seen this kind of message in their Activity logs? What does this mean? This caused the incoming calls to be dropped for a few users after one ring in the morning. Please let me know.

03/28/2023 1:28:10 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:395): Call to <sip:extension@FQDN:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Cancelled/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5080

Regarding your question, calls being canceled may mean several things. For example, the calls are to ring groups and ring multiple phones, and cancel is sent to other ringing endpoints when the call is answered.

Another is that the caller hung up the call before it got answered. Providing an accurate answer without logging in verbose logging mode and analysts is impossible, I'm afriad.
