Call transfer between server

Hi,

I just installed two 3cx server connected by a bridge.
I would like to transfer calls from one queue to an extension on the other server on no answer.

On server A I cannot add extensions to server B in the queues.
Do you have any idea how to go about achieving this?

There are limitations, as to what you can do, over a Bridge trunk.

You cannot add extensions, on a PBX, to Queues, or Ring groups, and the like, that do not exist on that PBX.

Although it is a bit of a hack you can create a dummy extention on the local PBX and set the mobile number to the bridged extention and use 'Ring My Mobile Simultaneously'. This however will cause issues if the user has voicemail and will not respect there queue status on 3CX.

You could also create a 2nd queue on the bridged PBX and set the no answer destination to Bridge Prefix+Queue EXT No. This would send the call through to the a queue on the 2nd PBX and would continue to respect the users settings.

If there is no response, you can select "connect to number" and enter the number to another PBX (with or without a prefix, depending on how you set up calls over the bridge)

Well , callers need to be really patient to stay online until DNA send the call to a human being, like we say in France best answerers are too often voice recorders
