Call Transfer Failed WHY

hello all,

i just installed 3cx and everything is working fine, but when ever I enter the extension it rings but after couple seconds it says call transfer failed ? and then it played my greetings again, do you know what I am doing wrong.

I figured out a way I wasnt sure on the outbound rules so I set those up and now its working fine.
