Call Transfer through Digital receptionist

I am transferring the call from Digital receptionist to an external extension . The external phone rings . but there is no sound for the caller On Hold .. When the external extension is call directly the caller hers the calling ring tone ! .
If there is no sound on the call transfer the caller thinks :roll: the phone is dead.

Yes its External Extension . when i call from local to external extension it rings ! but when i transfer through Digital Receptionist the hold sound does do play . But in the other end it rigs and able to attend the call . i don't think it is a firewall issue . because local to external is working properly ! ....

I will say, if you establish vpn to that extension, it will solve the problem.
