Call Transfers to Twilio

Hello, I need to setup a call forwarding TO twilio via SIP. Is it possible to do with 3xc?
Some details:
My client has operates in Iceland, where there is no Twilio, but my platform build on twilio.
I need to keep client's Icelandic phone number but handle calls with my Twilio based application.

Yes you can forward call to twillio. Setup sip trunk and create an dunmy extension (set to call 8080) and setup call handling to catch this and pass it over to twillio.
