Call waiting notification

When i have call with "A"
"B" try to call me during my call with "A"
no notification for "B" that i have call so my question " do we have notification or not ?

If you have accept multiple calls (to allow a 2nd call to come) they will hear a normal progress tone.

So, no the person calling you does not know you are in a call.

it's more professional if the person who call me when i make a call to know that i have another call

Unfortunately this is not currently possible, they will hear you ring normally and then reach destination if no answer, while you get a missed call so you can ring back.

If you need to do this only on a specific user (i.e the receptionist) you can also create a queue with music and a message so the callers can be informed to wait until their call is answered

The behaviour will be no different that when you call any phone number that has call waiting, you will hear ringback and have no indication that the person is already on a call.
