Call with http request over iphone

Hello

I have the last version of 3cx in a topic server and iphone mobiles with the 3cx app. Can I make an http call request over http so I will make a qr code or connect it with FileMaker?

I want to make a link:
http:// 192.168.1.50/// username /// password/// call this number //// 123456789 ///make call... all of this over the iphone or safari.

Is that possible???

i will send an http link over filemaker api to the browser so he will call over the iphone app. or scan a qr code in filemaker app and the iphone will call over 3cx app the number that i want.

Then no that's not possible without using a third-party API module like @VoIPTools.
