Call2teams on 3CX installation

My goal is: From Teams receive and make calls via a 3CX installation. I’ve heard about Call2teams, which is a platform that links these two facilities. I report a problem: All my Microsoft Holding sound OK, my PBX looks good, but, from the "Teams" part of the configuration it comes to me this message.



And after an hour still nothing. I tried again several times but nothing to do… Has anyone already configured Call2Teams and could refer me?

Hi!

I can't offer much help with this specific case as I'm not familiar with this service, but what I can say is that in V18 we are planning on including native Teams integration. It won't be in the first release of V18 most likely, but keep an eye out for when we mention it in the release notes!

We have a similar integration called TeamsConnect. It works in a similar fashion.

You will need to contact Call2Teams as they are the only one who can help with this. The issue seems to be coming from the direct routing configuration process (which can indeed be long or simply crash in the middle.)

I'd also like to know the pricing, I cannot find it in their web site.

We have a different integration (similar to Call2Teams) if you want. Otherwise, just contact them via their website and they'll get you what you need.
