How do we let callers know they can press 2 anytime in the waiting queue to ask for callback?
Thanks

put it into your greeting?

Thanks.
I just hope there is a setting somewhere, not custom message.
For the call queue, it will be "Play Intro Prompt"?

I do not see that recording in the Prompt Set.

Hi Steven1925,

The Queue Callback options are either the 'Press 2' method or 'offer after timeout'.

The 'Press 2' method is silent in the background and requires you to incorporate it into your Queue Hold music, 3CX will not auto announce this feature.

The 'Offered to caller after timeout in seconds' will cause 3CX to play the "You have requested a call back to the following number <your number> press * to confirm, press 0 to change callback number or press # to cancel" and then the user will be able to trigger the call back option.

So you either have the option to offer a fixed timeout for the call back to be offered, or incorporate it into your Queue Hold Music.

Hello @Steven1925

Please note that you will need to record your own prompt to let your callers know that they can request a callback when pressing "2" as there is no pre-recorded message for this in the PBX.
