Callback request for internal extensions when busy

Please can I suggest adding the feature to be able to hit a callback request for when someone's internal extension is busy?

Someone's solution was to monitor on the app when the extension is free - 'aint nobody got time for that'

3CX does not currently support this feature, but we do. I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Auto Call Back tool. When you call an extension, and it is busy (or otherwise unavailable), you are given the option to either leave a voicemail, or request a call back when the extension is available. We then monitor the two extensions (yours and the other party) and when both are "Available", registered, and not engaged in a phone call, we automatically initiate the call back.
