Callback without confirmation of number

Hey guys,

I would like to realize a callback which can be selected in a voice menu but does not ask back for the callback number but instead simply uses the one the user calls from.

Something like this:
"Please press 1 for an automatic callback when one of our agents is available"
1 IS PRESSED
"Thank you. We will call you back as soon as possible. Have a great day."
HANGUP

Any help is appreciated and maybe it´s time to dig deep into the callflow manager

Additionally, it would be great to know a way to initiate a callback to someone who dropped out of a queue without any notification.
