I just installed a 3cx Pro.
I have several SDAs at DIDWW because I have several companies.
When I receive a call, I have the number of the caller on my phone displayed but also the name of the Incoming Rules as well as the name of the Ring Groups.

Would it be possible to display only the Inbound Rules name?

Thanks for your help

Thks but it doesn't work.

The option allows me to display all or nothing.

I am ONLY looking for the display of the Incoming Rules and not the Ring Groups

Then no.

You will have to remove names on the things you dont want to include.

Rename the queue, ring group, ivr

On some you may be able to remove the name, on others, it is required. In that case simple shorten to 1 or 2 characters.

You can remove the name of an Inbound rule so it doesnt show in the caller ID.

Sorry, I think I expressed myself badly.

if I select "Do not add" in the contact options, I only have the caller ID

If I select "Append or Prepend" in the contact options, I have the caller ID + name_inbound_rules + name_ring_groups.

I would like : the caller ID + name_inbound_rules

Thks

The Caller ID and Ring Group name will always be included. You have the option of not giving a name to the inbound Rule and only using the name of the Ring Group. You could literally have multiple ring groups with the same members and just name them as you would the Inbound Rules.

You would have the Caller ID + Ring_Group_Name

I have 7 SDAs that come in via DIDWW because I have 7 companies.
My wish is to know on which company the customers are ringing.

You could just replicate your groups 7 times with the same members and just name them accordingly. Otherwise, just give the group a very short name, and use your inbound rule names.
