Caller doesn't hear ringing

Hi there,

this is my first experience with 3cx and i really need help in solving this issue.

After upgrade to v15.5 this issue started to pop up.Any caller doesn't hear the ringing audio while doing call.

Can anyone help me please?

Have you setup the audio options in the softphone to use the headset?

So the caller does not hear ringing when calling in the PBX. Are you using a supported provider or a non supported? You could run a wireshark capture and check if the PBX is sending ringing to the provider.
