Caller ID displaying extension name as opposed to business name. Need Business name to display for all extensions

Im having an issue where the extension name is displaying as the caller id name as opposed to the Business name. Ive set the CNAME on the DID (Flowroute) but am still seeing the extension name as opposed to business name.

Ive contacted flowroute and their response was that:

CNAM will only work if you are sending the 'from' number in your SIP information. It sounds like you have the extension name in the incorrect field.

I do see the extension option but these are the Outbound parameters im currently using in the "from" number section.

From : Display Name
"CallerDispName" Display name of a caller as it is in From Header - Provided by phone settings


From : User Part
"OriginatorCallerID" Original Caller number will be sent


From : Host Part
"GWHostPort" gateway/provider host/port

There are some suggestions made, in this thread, that you might try. Make note of the original settings, as some changes can cause all outbound calls to fail.

i have this problem also

migrated from on premise to cloud and its broke now... wasnt broke before
