I am out of ideas for an issue i am having with my system. I am using Twilio as my sip trunk
Right now, when someone calls my pbx and it gets forwarded to my cellphone, the callers ID is showing up, not my PBX. I have disabled 302 Call diversion but still their info pops up. How can I make it so if it gets forwarded to my phone, it shows my PBX's number, not theirs.
I made a new extension , forwarded it to my cellphone and called the extension so it would get forwarded to my cell and the same issue happened, so its not extension specific.I think i need to change an outbound Parameter , but im not sure which one to change. Here are how mine are set:
I also tried this: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/caller-id-on-forwarding-external-call.47746/ in reverse, i set "From: User Part" and "Remote Party ID-Calling Party-User Part" to outbound caller id with no change
